IP Litigation Senior Associate — Intellectual Property

Senior associate opportunity in a leading, full-service international law firm with multiple U.S. offices. The team handles high-stakes patent litigation and patent prosecution across technology and life‑sciences matters.

The role is open in several U.S. offices and offers exposure to complex, cutting‑edge IP disputes and patent portfolio work alongside experienced litigators and prosecutors.

• Substantial experience in patent litigation and patent prosecution
• Comfort handling technology and/or life‑sciences matters (chemistry, biotech, or software experience a plus)
• Strong advocacy, briefing and motion practice skills in federal court and experience with PTAB practice preferred
• Active bar admission in the U.S.; academic transcripts requested as part of the application
