Seeking a senior associate to join a large, international law firm's Intellectual Property litigation team. The role is open across multiple U.S. offices and focuses on patent litigation matters for technology and life‑sciences clients.

The successful candidate will handle all phases of patent disputes, including discovery, claim construction, dispositive motions, expert engagement, and trial support. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams of litigators and technical specialists on high‑stakes matters.

Established patent litigation experience at the senior associate level

Experience with discovery management, depositions and trial preparation; courtroom exposure preferred
