IP Litigation Senior Associate — Intellectual Property

Senior associate opportunity in a national IP practice handling high‑stakes patent litigation and patent prosecution across technology and life‑sciences matters. The role is open to multiple U.S. offices (including Boston, Denver, New York, Palo Alto and Washington, D.C.), with occasional work on cross‑office teams.

You'll join an established IP team that litigates before federal courts and the PTAB and advises clients on prosecution strategy and portfolio management. The group handles complex patent disputes and related counseling for technology and life‑science companies.

• Juris Doctor and active bar admission in the U.S.
• Senior associate / mid‑ to senior‑level experience in patent litigation and patent prosecution; strong briefing and motion practice record.
• Technical background (e.g., life sciences, chemistry or engineering) or substantial experience on chemistry/biotech matters preferred.
• Willingness to provide law school and undergraduate (and any graduate) transcripts upon request.
