IP Litigation Senior Associate

Senior associate opportunity in a large, international IP litigation practice. The role is open across multiple U.S. offices and focuses on patent litigation matters for technology and life‑sciences clients.

You will join a team handling all phases of complex patent cases — claim construction, discovery, motion practice and trial preparation — working alongside experienced litigators on high‑stakes matters.

• Established patent litigation experience at the senior associate level
• Strong briefing, motion practice and oral advocacy skills
• Comfort with complex technical subject matter; advanced technical degree preferred but not required
• Active bar admission in a U.S. jurisdiction and excellent academic credentials
