IP Senior Associate — Chemistry

Join a national intellectual property team as a senior associate focused on chemistry-related patent work. The role offers substantial hands-on patent prosecution and related IP litigation support within a busy practice group serving clients across technology and life-sciences sectors.

Position is open in multiple U.S. offices (Boston, Denver, New York, Palo Alto, Washington, D.C.). Candidates should be prepared to submit law school, undergraduate and graduate transcripts as part of the application.

• Advanced technical degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or closely related field (Ph.D., M.S., or equivalent preferred)
• Significant patent prosecution experience with chemistry-focused applications; experience supporting patent litigation is a plus
• Registration with or eligibility to register with the USPTO
• Strong academic record; ability to provide law school and relevant academic transcripts on request
