IP Senior Associate — Life Sciences

Join a busy intellectual property practice focused on life‑sciences clients. The role offers a mix of patent prosecution and patent litigation work on biotechnology and related matters with experienced IP teams.

The position is open to candidates in multiple U.S. offices (Boston, Denver, New York, Palo Alto or Washington, D.C.). Applicants should be prepared to submit law school, undergraduate and any graduate transcripts as part of the process.

• Established experience in life‑sciences/biotechnology patent work, including prosecution and litigation support
• Technical or scientific background relevant to biotechnology preferred
• Strong drafting, analytical and advocacy skills in patent matters
• Ability to work collaboratively on complex, cross‑jurisdictional matters
