We are seeking an exceptional associate with Hong Kong IPO experience to join the Greater China Corporate team, working on complex public and private market transactions across the region.

This is a full-time role within a collaborative, globally integrated platform, offering structured support for personal and professional growth alongside demanding, high-quality cross-border work.

At least four years' experience as a corporate equity capital markets lawyer, with Hong Kong-side experience
Prior exposure to initial public offerings, listings and public company M&A
Excellent academic record and strong communication skills
High level of attention to detail and excellent administrative skills
Self-driven, sets challenging goals and resilient in achieving them
Fluency in English and Mandarin required (spoken and written)
