Join a growing employment team in Dublin as a junior associate supporting both contentious and non-contentious employment work. You will advise on a broad range of matters including restructurings, transactional employment support, senior appointments and terminations, and representation in tribunals and courts.

The role involves working on cross-border and domestic matters for clients across multiple sectors, collaborating with an international employment group and the wider Dublin office. The team is expanding and the hire will support further growth; there will be opportunities for travel and close collaboration with colleagues in other jurisdictions.

Qualified solicitor, trainee solicitor, or equivalent legal qualification with demonstrable interest in employment law
Experience or exposure to both advisory and contentious employment matters (tribunal/court experience advantageous)
Strong drafting, advocacy and client-facing skills; comfortable working on cross-border matters
Team-player mindset and willingness to travel occasionally
