Fast-growing corporate finance team in Chicago seeks a junior associate (1–3 years' experience) to assist on lending and finance transactions across asset-based, real estate and cash-flow financings. The role offers substantive drafting, negotiation, and closing responsibilities with significant hands-on training.

Successful candidates will join a collaborative, nationally scoped practice and work closely with senior lawyers on market-facing transactions. The team provides mentorship and a clear path for professional development within a busy financial services practice.

Candidates should be licensed or eligible to be licensed in Illinois and be willing to reside in or relocate to the Chicago area prior to hire.

1–3 years of transferable transactional experience; candidates with 1–2 years and strong general transaction exposure will be considered
Experience with lending transactions preferred (asset-based, real estate, or cash-flow loans)
Excellent drafting, negotiation skills, attention to detail, and strong academic record
Admission to the Illinois Bar or ability to waive in
