A leading law firm is seeking a senior associate (counsel will also be considered) to join its structured capital and fund finance practice. The team advises sponsors, issuers, investors and other market participants across a broad range of sophisticated financing transactions.

The work spans rated note feeders, collateralized fund obligations, liquidity and net-asset-value solutions, private ABS geared to insurance solutions, capital call financings, and management company/GP financings. The role is cross-disciplinary and involves close collaboration with structured finance, asset management and insurance solutions colleagues.

Candidates may be based in the firm's New York or Chicago offices.

4+ years of fund finance, structured capital, or esoteric ABS experience
Experience with transactions such as rated note feeders, CFOs, NAV/liquidity solutions, private ABS, capital call financings, or GP financings
Comfort working across disciplines and collaborating with structured finance, asset management and insurance teams
Senior associate level (counsel considered)
