Join a globally integrated disputes practice known for handling complex, high-stakes commercial litigation and competition litigation, including large class actions. As a junior associate, you will work on contentious matters across sectors such as technology, energy, defence, and aviation.

The role involves managing work to support optimal utilisation, assisting senior lawyers and acting as lead lawyer where appropriate. You will delegate and provide feedback to juniors, communicate progress to supervisors, and manage billing processes. Client relationship management is key—anticipating needs, providing updates, and ensuring prompt responses. You will also support business development, mentor juniors, and contribute to internal training and precedent development.

This is a permanent, full-time position based in London, offering the opportunity to work within a multi-disciplinary global disputes team of sector specialists and regional experts.

Qualified legal practitioner in a common law jurisdiction
1–3 years' PQE in dispute resolution (candidates with more or less experience will be considered)
Strong legal skills, including drafting, negotiation, and project management
Foundation-level people management and business development skills
Good understanding of law firm profitability and financial efficiency
Ability to manage costs and budgets
