Growing technology-focused practice seeks a junior associate with 2–4 years of privacy and cybersecurity experience to support transactional and commercial matters. The team advises companies across technology and life‑sciences sectors on privacy compliance, data security, breach response, regulatory inquiries, and related litigation defense.

The role involves counseling on privacy aspects of M&A, licensing and other technology transactions, drafting and negotiating data‑processing agreements and privacy policies, and supporting cross‑border and regulatory matters. The position is open across multiple U.S. offices with hybrid working options.

2–4 years' experience in privacy, cybersecurity, or related technology transactions
Experience advising on federal, state and international privacy regimes (e.g., TCPA, GLBA, FCRA, COPPA, CCPA, GDPR) and transactional privacy diligence
Drafting and negotiating privacy/ security provisions and data processing agreements
Bar membership or eligibility to sit for the next available bar exam in the jurisdiction of application
Strong academic record, excellent written and oral communication skills
