A high-performing English Real Estate practice is seeking an experienced Knowledge & Development Lawyer to take on a senior, influential role shaping how legal knowledge is captured, shared and applied across the team. This position combines deep technical expertise with strategic thinking and a genuine enthusiasm for learning and innovation.

Working closely with the practice's partners, fee earners and fellow knowledge lawyers, you will lead training and development across the team, keep lawyers abreast of key legal and market developments, and advise on complex queries. You will also build and maintain practical knowledge resources, promote a culture of knowledge sharing, and explore new technology to enhance client service and keep the practice ahead of the curve.

The team is recognised in the market and made up of talented, supportive people who value collaboration and strong relationships. Candidates may already be working in a knowledge role or be experienced transactional lawyers looking to apply their expertise in a new way.

First-class knowledge of a broad range of English commercial real estate law
At least 8 years' post-qualification experience
Strong understanding of both legal practice and the client perspective
Highly organised and proactive, with the ability to work independently
Engaging communicator confident presenting to groups
Able to drive initiatives, embrace change and build relationships across a team
