A market-leading English Real Estate practice is seeking an experienced senior lawyer to take on an influential Knowledge & Development role. This fully remote, UK-wide position offers the chance to shape how legal knowledge is captured, shared and applied across a high-performing team handling complex, high-value property matters.

Working closely with partners, fee earners and fellow Knowledge & Development Lawyers, you will combine first-class technical expertise with strategic thinking and a genuine enthusiasm for learning and innovation. You will lead training across the team, keep lawyers informed of key legal and market developments, advise on complex queries and maintain practical knowledge resources.

The role also involves promoting knowledge sharing and exploring new technology to enhance client service and keep the practice at the forefront of the market. You may already be in a knowledge role or be an experienced transactional lawyer looking to apply your expertise in a new way.

At least 8 years' post-qualification experience
First-class knowledge of a broad range of English commercial real estate law
Strong understanding of both legal practice and the client perspective
Highly organised, proactive and comfortable working independently
Engaging communicator, confident presenting to groups
Able to drive initiatives, embrace improvement and change, and build strong relationships
