Join the Debt Finance team of a leading international law firm in Luxembourg as a Knowledge Lawyer supporting the full range of debt finance matters, including leveraged finance, asset and infrastructure finance, fund finance, corporate lending and syndicated facilities.

You will provide legal research and drafting support, prepare memoranda, practice notes and client briefings, maintain and enhance precedent and template libraries, and coordinate knowledge‑management initiatives locally and with global teams. The role includes delivering training, organising internal conferences and contributing to publications to share technical expertise across the practice.

Law degree with excellent academic record and experience in legal drafting and publishing.
Strong research, analytical and project‑management skills; able to prioritise and drive multiple initiatives to completion.
Knowledge or interest in civil/contract law, private international law, security/collateral and insolvency matters preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills; collaborative team player.
Fluent in English and French; German and/or Luxembourgish advantageous.
Proficient with Word, PowerPoint and Outlook; experience with knowledge management tools a plus.
