This Knowledge Lawyer role sits at the heart of the department's strategy: developing and maintaining know-how, driving knowledge-led business development, producing client-facing thought leadership, and embedding technology and automation to improve delivery. The role combines technical employment law expertise with a client-facing and training remit, and close collaboration with fee-earners, business development and risk teams.

Approximately 5+ years PQE; experience as a Knowledge Lawyer/PSL or strong fee-earning background with demonstrable knowledge contribution
Deep technical knowledge of employment law and litigation/appeal experience or exposure
Proven writing, drafting and content-development skills for client and internal audiences
Track record or appetite for business development, knowledge commercialisation and thought leadership
Comfort with legal technology, use of AI for knowledge tools, and precedent automation
Strong communication, stakeholder management and teamworking skills; able to work independently under pressure
