Growing Labor & Employment team in San Diego is seeking a Korean‑speaking staff attorney to provide litigation support and day‑to‑day employment counseling for employer clients. This is a high‑impact, non‑partnership‑track role focused on supporting attorneys on disputes and advising HR matters.

Typical responsibilities include managing discovery, drafting pleadings and motions, conducting legal research, preparing employment policies and handbooks, translating/adapting materials for Korean‑speaking clients, and communicating directly with those clients. The role works collaboratively across the employment team and other offices.

  • Fluency in Korean (reading, writing, speaking) required
  • Minimum of 2 years' post‑qualification experience in labor & employment or general litigation (law firm experience preferred)
  • Strong litigation support skills, including discovery management and drafting written work product
  • Experience or interest in employment counseling and drafting/reviewing employee handbooks or HR policies
  • Excellent legal research, writing, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple assignments
  • Admission to the California Bar
