Growing Labor & Employment team in San Diego is seeking a Korean‑speaking staff attorney to provide litigation support and day‑to‑day employment counseling for employer clients. This is a high‑impact, non‑partnership‑track role focused on supporting attorneys on disputes and advising HR matters.

Typical responsibilities include managing discovery, drafting pleadings and motions, conducting legal research, preparing employment policies and handbooks, translating/adapting materials for Korean‑speaking clients, and communicating directly with those clients. The role works collaboratively across the employment team and other offices.

Fluency in Korean (reading, writing, speaking) required
Minimum of 2 years' post‑qualification experience in labor & employment or general litigation (law firm experience preferred)
Strong litigation support skills, including discovery management and drafting written work product
Experience or interest in employment counseling and drafting/reviewing employee handbooks or HR policies
Excellent legal research, writing, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple assignments
Admission to the California Bar
