Labor & Employment Associate or Counsel — San Diego

Leading national law firm is seeking a Labor & Employment Associate or Counsel to join its San Diego office and contribute to a busy employer-side practice. The role offers exposure to a broad mix of employment litigation and counseling matters within a collaborative, national team.

Ideal candidates will take ownership of casework, assist with trial and hearing preparation, and support client counseling and workplace-advocacy matters. The team handles traditional labor issues as well as employment litigation across multiple jurisdictions.

• 3–10 years of experience representing employers in labor and employment matters
• Substantive litigation experience: discovery, depositions, motions practice, hearings, and trial preparation
• Exposure to employment counseling and traditional labor matters (arbitrations, labor negotiations, NLRB proceedings) preferred
• Excellent writing, research and analytical skills; strong academic credentials
• Admission to the California Bar required
