Labor & Employment Associate — Los Angeles

Growing Los Angeles office seeks a Labor & Employment associate with 3–5 years of experience to join its employment litigation team. The role focuses on defense-side wage & hour class actions, representative (PAGA) actions, and individual employment claims.

Successful candidates will have courtroom and ADR experience (arbitration, mediation, or trial), strong academic credentials, and the ability to manage complex, high-volume litigation. Experience with FEHA matters and discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and whistleblower claims is preferred. Applications are accepted from all sources.

• 3–5 years' post-qualification experience in employment litigation
• Substantive experience handling wage & hour class actions and PAGA/representative actions
• Arbitration, mediation, or trial experience required
• Familiarity with FEHA, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and whistleblower claims preferred
• Excellent academic record and strong interpersonal/communication skills
