Seeking a Labor & Employment associate to join a busy Los Angeles office of a national U.S. law firm. The role focuses on defending employers in employment litigation and participating in a broad labor and employment practice.

Work will include litigation across single-plaintiff and class/collective wage-and-hour matters, with opportunities for counseling and traditional labor work such as arbitrations and NLRB matters. The team is collaborative and handles matters from discovery through trial preparation.

1–3 years of employment/labor litigation experience representing employers
Experience with single-plaintiff employment cases, wage-and-hour litigation, and employment class actions
Proficient in all phases of litigation: discovery, depositions, motions, court appearances, and trial preparation
Exposure to employment counseling and traditional labor matters (arbitration, negotiations, NLRB) preferred
Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills; strong academic credentials
Admission to the California Bar required
