Mid- to senior-level associate position in a national Labor & Employment practice based in New Jersey. The role focuses on employment litigation, drafting workplace policies and handbooks, and counseling clients on restrictive covenants and other employment matters across state and federal courts in the region.

You'll join a team serving clients of varying sizes and industries, handling contested litigation (including emergency relief and orders to show cause), preparing employment agreements and policies, and providing day-to-day counseling on workforce issues.

4–9 years post-qualification experience in employment litigation and counseling
Proven experience drafting employee handbooks and employment agreements
Experience litigating and handling restrictive covenant disputes in New Jersey and New York courts
Strong academic record, legal writing, analytical skills, and attention to detail
Active bar admission (or ability to be admitted) in New Jersey; New York bar admission preferred or transferable
Ability to provide a resume, cover letter, and writing sample
