Experienced business immigration attorney needed for a busy New Jersey office of a large international law firm. The role focuses on high-volume corporate immigration matters and compliance work, working with a team of immigration attorneys and support professionals.

Typical matters include nonimmigrant and immigrant visa processing (H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, PERM), I-9 compliance, and government audits. The team offers the resources of a substantial global practice while maintaining a collaborative, collegial environment.

Minimum five years' experience in business immigration law
Substantive experience with I-9 compliance and handling DOL, DHS and DOJ audits
Handled nonimmigrant (H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, etc.) and immigrant visa matters, including PERM
Strong client-service orientation, case management, productivity and organizational skills
Advanced writing and analytical abilities; experience managing a large client base is a plus
