Well-established US law firm seeks a Labor & Employment associate to join its Pittsburgh litigation team. The role focuses on defending employers in complex employment disputes and providing preventative counseling to corporate clients.

Responsibilities include managing wage-and-hour and class/collective actions, defending discrimination claims, conducting litigation in state and federal courts (trials and appeals), and advising on employee policies, terminations, and compliance audits.

  • Minimum 3 years' post-qualification experience in labor & employment litigation
  • Experience defending employers in wage-and-hour, class/collective action, and discrimination matters
  • Experience handling state and federal court litigation, including trials and appeals
  • Strong analytical and writing skills and excellent academic credentials
  • Active bar license in Pennsylvania in good standing
