Growing Labor & Employment team in San Francisco is seeking a junior associate with 2–4 years of employment litigation experience to support a busy employer-side practice. The role involves counseling clients, defending and prosecuting employment disputes, and working on complex workplace matters including wage-and-hour, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination claims.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative litigation group and handle all aspects of cases from factual investigation through motion practice, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation. This is an on-site role with an expectation of a regular in-office presence.

2–4 years of employment litigation experience (associate-level).
Admitted to and in good standing with the California Bar.
Strong litigation skills: legal research, persuasive motion drafting, and oral advocacy.
Experience conducting complex fact investigations and taking/defending depositions.
High academic achievement; resume, cover letter, and law school transcript required.
Ability to work on-site a minimum of three days per week.
