A full-service law firm is seeking a junior Labor & Employment associate with 2–4 years of employment litigation experience to join its growing San Francisco office. The firm is an Am Law 100 firm with a global footprint.

The firm's labor and employment group is one of the largest and most well-regarded practices in the country, with more than 150 attorneys firmwide. The group advises employers of all sizes—from Fortune 100 companies to high-tech and traditional business start-ups—on all aspects of employment advice and counseling, disputes and litigation, international employment and mobility, and union management relations.

The San Francisco team continues to outperform and expand, currently comprising 35 attorneys. This is an excellent opportunity for an outstanding junior associate to handle sophisticated employment litigation matters in a collaborative, full-service environment.

2–4 years of employment litigation experience
Strong litigation skills, including researching, writing, and arguing motions
Experience conducting complex fact investigations and analysis
Experience taking and defending depositions
High academic credentials
Admitted to and in good standing with the California Bar
Must be able to work in the San Francisco office a minimum of three days per week (remote candidates will not be considered)
