Established national Labor & Employment team seeks a mid-level associate (3–5 years PQE) to join its San Francisco office. The role involves counseling and defending employers on a broad range of workplace matters for clients across industries.

Work will include defense of individual and class actions (including wage & hour matters), handling discrimination and harassment claims, leaves and accommodations, drafting and advising on policies and employment agreements, and litigation and trial work when needed. The team handles complex, high-stakes employment disputes and provides strategic advice to in-house HR and legal teams.

3–5 years of employment/labor experience representing employers (class and individual matters preferred)
Experience with wage & hour litigation, class/collective actions, and employment discrimination/harassment matters

Good standing or eligibility to be admitted to the California Bar
