Experienced labor & employment attorney position in Denver with a well-established employer-side practice. The role focuses on advising and defending employers across traditional labor matters and employment litigation in both union and non-union settings.

Typical work will include collective bargaining and grievance/arbitration support, counseling on employment policies and compliance, conducting workplace investigations, and defending claims involving discrimination, harassment, wage & hour, accessibility, and restrictive agreement disputes.

  • 5–10 years of post-qualification experience in labor & employment law
  • Experience with both union and non-union workplaces, including collective bargaining, grievance and arbitration processes
  • Proven litigation and administrative defense experience (discrimination, harassment, wage & hour, accessibility, non-compete/confidentiality disputes)
  • Experience counseling employers on compliance, policies, employment contracts, discipline, terminations, RIFs, audits, and conducting workplace investigations
  • Strong analytical and written/verbal communication skills and excellent academic credentials
  • Active license to practice in Colorado (in good standing)
