A leading law firm is seeking a driven associate with 3–6 years of experience to join its Labor & Employment department within a sophisticated transactional and advisory practice. This role sits at the intersection of employment law, executive mobility, and corporate dealmaking, focusing on high-stakes matters where personnel issues affect enterprise value, leadership stability, and post-closing integration.

You will collaborate closely with corporate deal teams, private equity sponsors, and corporate clients on workforce challenges arising from M&A transactions, leadership transitions, restrictive covenant enforcement, and other sensitive personnel issues. The position offers a blend of transactional work, strategic advisory, and crisis management in a fast-paced environment where your contributions are visible and valued.

3–6 years of experience in labor and employment law, preferably with transactional exposure
Experience supporting employment diligence in M&A, private equity, or corporate transactions
Strong drafting and negotiation skills for executive employment agreements and restrictive covenants
Ability to advise on executive mobility and post-transaction workforce integration
Excellent judgment, strategic thinking, and ability to move quickly on sensitive matters
