Lateral Associate — Credit & Leveraged Finance (New York)

Experienced associates are sought for a busy Credit & Leveraged Finance group in New York. The team advises corporate borrowers, private equity sponsors, private debt providers and other market participants on domestic and cross-border financings across industries including digital infrastructure, telecoms, energy, real estate and life sciences.

Work will cover the full spectrum of debt products — acquisition financings, first- and second‑lien term loans, asset‑based and cash‑flow revolvers, mezzanine financings, subordinated notes, high‑yield bonds and debt‑like preferred equity. The group offers structured training, close mentorship and exposure to high‑profile and complex transactions.

• 1–2 years post-qualification experience in a law‑firm finance practice
• Prior experience on leveraged finance, lending or asset‑backed finance matters
• Strong academic credentials and demonstrable technical drafting and deal execution skills
• Ability to work collaboratively on cross‑border transactions and with private equity and corporate clients
