Lateral Partner, Antitrust & Competition — Austin

Experienced antitrust partner sought to join a large U.S. practice in Austin. The role will lead complex competition matters including investigations, merger clearance, and civil litigation across federal and state forums. The team advises corporate clients in regulated industries and works with cross-practice colleagues on transactional and regulatory issues.

The partner will manage and develop a team of associates, lead high-stakes client engagements, and contribute to business development and practice growth in the region. This is a hands-on leadership role with significant client-facing and rainmaking expectations.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established antitrust and competition practice with experience in merger reviews, investigations or litigation
• Proven client development and relationship-management track record
• Ability to supervise associates and collaborate across transactional and regulatory teams
