Lateral Partner, Antitrust & Competition — Charlotte

Senior hire to lead and grow an established antitrust & competition practice in the Charlotte office. The role combines matter leadership, strategic client advice on competition law, and responsibility for expanding the practice across transactional and regulatory work.

The team advises clients across industry sectors on merger control, civil antitrust litigation risk, cartel compliance, and regulatory investigations. The successful candidate will take a front-line role on high‑profile matters, mentor junior lawyers, and work closely with national practice colleagues.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level antitrust experience, including leading merger clearance and competition investigations
• Track record of business development and client relationship management
• Ability to supervise teams and work collaboratively across offices
• Active bar admission and ability to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction
