Lateral Partner, Antitrust & Competition — Charlotte

Senior hire sought to lead and expand an established antitrust and competition practice from the firm's Charlotte office. The role combines client counseling, merger control and competition litigation across regulated and commercial matters.

The successful candidate will join a multi-disciplinary team and work with national and regional clients on investigations, second requests, merger filings and complex civil litigation. The firm offers broad institutional support and a platform to grow a market-facing practice in the region.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven track record in antitrust counseling, merger control and competition litigation
• Experience building and managing client relationships and leading deal teams
• Bar admission and ability to practice in North Carolina (or willingness to obtain)
