Lateral Partner  Antitrust & Competition  Orange County

Leading national law firm seeks a senior antitrust partner to join its Orange County office and expand a growing competition practice. The role focuses on advising corporate clients on complex antitrust and competition matters, including investigations, counseling, and merger review.

The successful candidate will help build and lead local practice capabilities, work closely with cross-office teams on high‑value matters, and develop client relationships across industry sectors. The office offers established resources and a collaborative platform for partner-level business development.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Significant transactional and/or litigation antitrust experience at partner level
• Proven record of originating and managing client relationships and leading deal teams
• Active bar admission and strong leadership/mentoring skills
