Partner, Antitrust & Competition and Litigation — Irvine

Experienced antitrust and litigation partner sought to join a busy Orange County office. The role combines antitrust/competition work on both transaction and enforcement/merits sides, together with commercial litigation matters, and includes responsibility for leading engagements and supervising junior lawyers.

The post-holder will manage client relationships, originate new instructions, and work collaboratively with national and regional teams on cross-border and domestic matters. This is an opportunity to grow a practice in a well-resourced platform while maintaining a significant client-facing role.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established antitrust and litigation practice with demonstrable client development record
• Extensive trial and/or contested enforcement experience preferred
• Bar admission in California and ability to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
