Partner, Antitrust & Competition — Orange County (Irvine)

Highly regarded national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Antitrust & Competition practice in the Orange County (Irvine) office. The role will handle complex antitrust investigations, counseling, and litigation matters across industry sectors, working with a multi-disciplinary team.

The successful candidate will help grow and lead regional antitrust capabilities, develop client relationships, and mentor junior lawyers. This is an opportunity to build a visible practice within an established platform while managing significant matters for corporate clients and government proceedings.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established antitrust practice with proven partner-level client relationships and origination skills
• Extensive experience in merger review, cartel/price-fixing investigations, and civil antitrust litigation
• Active California bar admission (or eligibility) and track record of mentoring associates
