Lateral Partner, Bankruptcy & Corporate — Washington, D.C.

Senior partner hire to lead and expand a blended bankruptcy and corporate restructuring practice in the Washington, D.C. office. The role will combine courtroom-focused restructuring work with transactional corporate restructuring and creditor-side advisory matters.

The team advises on complex insolvency, distressed M&A and creditor/committee representation across public and private restructurings. The office seeks an experienced partner who can lead engagements, develop client relationships and mentor junior lawyers.
