Lateral Partner — Bankruptcy & Finance, Florham Park

Senior partner hire to lead and expand a bankruptcy, restructuring and creditors' rights practice in the firm's Florham Park office. The role combines contentious restructuring, distressed-debt work and debtor/creditor-side finance matters across domestic insolvency and workout proceedings.

The incoming partner will join an established cross-practice team, advising lenders, creditor committees, distressed investors and corporate debtors on restructurings, chapter proceedings, debtor-in-possession financing and related enforcement or litigation. Strong origination and client-relationship responsibilities are expected.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in bankruptcy, restructuring and creditors' rights
• Proven relationships with lenders, creditors' committees, distressed investors or restructuring advisors
• Track record of originating and leading complex restructuring and distressed-debt matters
