Partner, Finance & Insurance — Florham Park

Leading national law firm seeks a partner to join its Finance and Insurance practice in the Florham Park office. The role focuses on originating and managing complex finance and insurance matters, advising corporate and institutional clients on transactional and regulatory issues, and growing a market-facing practice.

The successful candidate will lead deal teams, mentor junior lawyers, and work collaboratively with colleagues across practices to expand client coverage. This is a high-visibility role for a business-focused partner who can combine technical expertise with active client development.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in finance and insurance matters, including transactional and regulatory work
• Proven business development and client relationship skills
• Ability to lead teams, manage engagements, and develop junior lawyers; active bar admission required
