Lateral Partner Bankruptcy & Finance - Orlando

Seeking a partner to join a busy bankruptcy and finance practice in Orlando. The role will focus on creditor-side restructuring, debtor/creditor disputes, and finance-related insolvency matters.

The partner will lead matters, manage and grow client relationships, and work across restructuring and finance teams on complex transactions and contested proceedings.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in bankruptcy, restructuring and creditors' rights
• Proven lender-side or creditor representation on finance and workout matters
• Track record of originating and developing client relationships; team leadership and matter management skills
• Active bar admission and ability to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
