Seeking a partner to join a busy bankruptcy and finance practice in Orlando. The role will focus on creditor-side restructuring, debtor/creditor disputes, and finance-related insolvency matters.

The partner will lead matters, manage and grow client relationships, and work across restructuring and finance teams on complex transactions and contested proceedings.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Established partner-level experience in bankruptcy, restructuring and creditors' rights
Proven lender-side or creditor representation on finance and workout matters
Track record of originating and developing client relationships; team leadership and matter management skills
Active bar admission and ability to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
