Lateral Partner, Bankruptcy & Finance — San Diego

Senior partner hire to lead and grow a bankruptcy, restructuring and creditors rights practice in the San Diego office. The role combines courtroom experience on insolvency matters with transactional work in distressed debt and creditor-side representation.

The successful candidate will work with national and regional teams on complex restructurings and workouts, originate new client relationships, and supervise associates on contested and transactional matters.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established track record advising creditors, committees or distressed investors on restructurings and distressed-debt transactions
• Significant litigation and/or workout experience in bankruptcy courts and related proceedings
• Proven client origination skills and experience managing deal teams
