Senior partner hire to lead and grow a bankruptcy, restructuring and creditors rights practice in the San Diego office. The role combines courtroom experience on insolvency matters with transactional work in distressed debt and creditor-side representation.

The successful candidate will work with national and regional teams on complex restructurings and workouts, originate new client relationships, and supervise associates on contested and transactional matters.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Established track record advising creditors, committees or distressed investors on restructurings and distressed-debt transactions
Significant litigation and/or workout experience in bankruptcy courts and related proceedings
Proven client origination skills and experience managing deal teams
