Lateral Partner, Bankruptcy & Finance — Silicon Valley (East Palo Alto)

Established national law firm seeks a hands-on lateral partner to join its Bankruptcy, Restructuring and Finance practice in the Silicon Valley / East Palo Alto office. The role will focus on creditor-side and restructuring matters and finance-related insolvency work across complex corporate reorganizations and distressed financings.

Ideal candidate will lead engagements, develop and steward client relationships, and work collaboratively with cross-practice teams on regional and national matters. The position offers client-facing responsibility and the ability to grow a bench of transactional and restructuring work.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partnership-level experience handling creditor-side bankruptcy, restructuring or distressed finance matters
• Strong business development record and client relationship skills
• Active bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s) and ability to practice in California
