The team advises a mix of institutional and corporate borrowers and lenders on credit, syndicated and bilateral financing, and related documentation. This is an opportunity to build a market-facing practice within an established finance group and mentor junior lawyers.
- Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
- Proven experience advising on private credit and banking transactions
- Demonstrated client origination and business development skills
- Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction
