Lateral Partner, Commercial Litigation — Charlotte

Leading US law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join and strengthen its commercial litigation capability in Charlotte. The role will focus on handling complex commercial disputes across state and federal courts, including pre-trial strategy and courtroom advocacy.

The partner will take a visible role in client relationships, lead litigation teams and collaborate with cross-practice colleagues on multifaceted matters. This is an opportunity to build a practice in a growing regional litigation hub while working on high-stakes commercial matters.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established track record in commercial litigation, including significant trial and evidentiary experience
• Proven client development and relationship-management skills
• Ability to lead teams and manage large, complex matters
• Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to obtain it
