Lateral Partner, Litigation & Securities — Charlotte

Senior litigation partner opportunity to lead and grow a securities and white-collar litigation practice from the Charlotte office. The role will focus on handling complex securities disputes, regulatory and enforcement matters, and high-stakes commercial litigation at trial and appellate levels.

Ideal candidates will combine courtroom experience with proven client development skills and the ability to mentor and build a regional team. This is a senior, client-facing role with responsibility for originating work and expanding existing client relationships.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Significant experience handling securities litigation, white-collar criminal defense, or related regulatory enforcement matters
• Proven trial and appellate experience and strong litigation drafting and oral advocacy skills
• Demonstrated business development record and ability to lead and mentor a litigation team
• Admission or ability to gain admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
