Lateral Partner — Compliance & Regulatory, Energy & Environmental — Baltimore

Partner‑level opening for an experienced regulatory and compliance lawyer to join a well‑established international practice in Baltimore. The role focuses on cross‑border regulatory work across energy, environmental and healthcare sectors, with substantial matters touching on cybersecurity, privacy and international trade.

The position requires a commercial partner able to originate and lead client engagements, mentor junior lawyers, and collaborate with sector teams across the firm s network. This is an opportunity to build a broad, multidisciplinary practice in a firm with deep regulatory and energy capabilities.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner track record in regulatory/compliance matters, ideally including energy, environment or healthcare sectors
• Experience advising on cybersecurity, privacy/data protection and international trade issues
• Demonstrated client origination and team leadership skills
