Senior corporate partner sought for a busy Baltimore office to grow and lead transactional and advisory work across healthcare, life sciences, technology and related sectors. The role encompasses M&A, private equity-related deals, capital markets work and technology transactions, with crossover into IP and IP-related litigation.

Ideal candidates will have an established client base, experience managing and expanding teams, and a track record advising issuers, sponsors and growth-stage companies in regulated industries. The position offers the opportunity to help shape and scale a multi-discipline practice focused on healthcare, life sciences and technology clients.

Portable book of business of $4M+ (USD)
Proven experience leading M&A and private equity transactions, and/or capital markets matters
Background advising healthcare, life sciences, technology or financial services clients
Experience with technology transactions and IP-related matters; litigation experience a plus
Demonstrated client origination, relationship management and team leadership skills
