Partner, Corporate & Intellectual Property (Baltimore)

Senior hire to lead and grow a Corporate and Intellectual Property practice with strong transactional and industry-focused capabilities. The role will blend high-value M&A/private equity work, life‑sciences transactions, and energy-related matters across IP and corporate disciplines.

The successful candidate will have an established book of business, hands-on deal experience, and a track record of originating and leading cross-functional teams. This is a partner-level role with firm-wide visibility and leadership expectations.

• Significant partner-level M&A, private equity and corporate transactional experience, with complementary IP expertise (life sciences experience preferred)
• Proven origination record and client relationships in the target sectors
• Experience leading deal teams and mentoring associates
• Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or ability to qualify
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
