Lateral Partner, Compliance & Regulatory — Kansas City

Senior partner opportunity for an experienced compliance and regulatory lawyer to lead and grow a regional practice out of the Kansas City office. The role will advise clients on government contracts, regulatory risk, and public-sector matters while building cross-jurisdictional work across key U.S. markets.

Successful candidates will combine deep substantive experience in regulatory and government-contracts matters with business development capability to win and manage client engagements. The position offers a platform to expand client relationships across Washington, Texas and California markets.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in regulatory and government contracts work
• Proven track record of originating and managing client relationships and leading teams
• Strong knowledge of federal and state regulatory frameworks; active bar admission required
