Lateral Partner — Construction & Real Estate Litigation — Jackson

Leading national law practice seeks an experienced partner to join its Jackson office to lead construction-focused litigation and real estate disputes. The role is client-facing and requires running matters from strategy through resolution, including trial when necessary.

The partner will build and expand client relationships, drive business development in the region, and mentor associates on deliverables and case management. This is a rainmaking role with responsibility for managing a team and contributing to firm-wide practice growth.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Significant experience handling construction litigation and commercial real estate disputes
• Proven trial and courtroom experience preferred
• Strong business development and client-management track record
• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction and ability to lead and mentor junior lawyers
