Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Jackson office to expand litigation, employment and healthcare litigation capabilities. The role focuses on managing commercial and professional-liability disputes across healthcare and construction-related matters, with responsibility for supervising litigation teams and developing client relationships.

Ideal candidates will lead complex litigation matters, mentor junior lawyers, and contribute to practice development in the region. This is a client-facing partner role with significant opportunity to grow an existing practice.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Established partner with a proven track record in commercial litigation and professional-liability matters
Substantial experience handling healthcare and construction-related disputes and employment litigation
Strong trial and motion practice skills; experience supervising associates and managing teams
Demonstrated business development and client-management capabilities
Active bar admission in Mississippi or ability to obtain admission
