Established national firm seeks a trial-focused partner to lead and grow an Employment & Labor and Litigation practice from its Jackson office. The role is client-facing and requires handling complex employment disputes, representing employers in litigation, and providing strategic counseling on workplace matters.

The partner will supervise and develop litigation teams, manage case strategy from investigation through trial, and work closely with cross-practice colleagues on defense-oriented matters. Strong courtroom experience and a track record of managing high-volume litigation are essential.

Significant business development responsibility: the role requires building and maintaining client relationships, expanding revenue streams in the region, and contributing to firm-wide practice initiatives.
