Lateral Partner, Construction & Real Estate Litigation — Ontario

Senior construction and real estate litigation partner role with a well-established national practice. You will lead matters across construction disputes, contract claims, and real estate-related litigation, guiding teams and developing client relationships.

The role requires strong trial and ADR experience, client-facing business development, and the ability to grow a litigation-focused team in the Ontario market. This is an opportunity to take a leadership role within a busy, multidisciplinary practice.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven track record in construction and real estate litigation, including trial and arbitration experience
• Demonstrated business development and client relationship management skills
• Experience supervising associates and leading case strategy
• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or eligibility to transfer
