Partner, Litigation & Employment — Ontario

Lead partner hire to expand an established litigation and labor & employment practice in the Ontario office. The role will handle commercial litigation, employment disputes, professional liability matters and healthcare-related litigation, and will work closely with cross-practice teams on construction-related disputes.

Seeking a partner who can originate and develop client relationships, supervise associates, and contribute to business development and practice growth across the region. The position offers a platform with national coverage and access to multidisciplinary resources.

• Licensed to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and admitted in Ontario-region courts as required
• Extensive litigation experience, including employment/labor and professional liability matters
• Proven track record of leading teams and managing complex disputes, including healthcare and construction-related cases
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
